This company is God Awful! They do not care about tenets. They are very rude and degrading when you call and have problem. When they do decide to actually answer the phone they are not helpful. I have haven’t had internet connection in my apartment for over 3 months because of construction they did on the apartment above mine. I have had 7 technicians come out and say it’s the property management fault because of wiring and they refuse to believe it and they refuse to solve my problem.
