I think if a family wanted to volunteer to serve meals that as long as the children are old enough to carry a plate and not be tempted to run around they can help. My suggestion would be ages 12 and older.
They don't "force" religion. Your free to leave in the morning and come back later when they re open. U could have your morning cigarette as u walk to Asbury
Well long story short anyone can come and do some service they provide laundry to an extent they only wash underwear and socks .the staff is lineant but could do more for us .and closeing the back yard to serve coffee in the morning just abandones the purpose of smoking like plzzz i need to drink coffee then have a cig .also the fact that they force religion is def unhealthy i was forced to do religion as a lid hated it this doesnt help my case or make me feel at piece .soo in conclusion its a great place but cpmes wt many many headaches and sacrifices please email back if you have more questions
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated volunteers down there every other month I am one of the volunteers. Don't know what the age is but all are welcome there doing the time that serving food and they do offer shelter for folks who needed at that particular time. In the ones who stay overnight and also get laundry done. I hope this is answer your question.
