Rgh has told my family that no one at all can visit my mom and she has dementia they had to give her two pints of blood so what are my options

The ICU unit is amazing. A family member of mine has been in ICU for awhile now and the around the clock care and attention he gets is heart-warming. It’s good to know when visiting hours are over he is in good hands. The staff, the surgeons, nurses, PA’s, etc… were all incredibly kind to let our entire family take over the waiting room and come in before visiting hours and stay well after. The amount of patient care and care for family members was amazing. Something I haven’t seen in any other hospital.

I had emergency surgery here and had the most incredible nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologist, and hospital staff. I am beyond grateful to them all for making the experience as comfortable as possible and literally holding my hand through it all. Wish I could thank them all in person again. Highly recommend if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This hospital isn't good for anyone. No one here has any clue what is going on. They'll just end up keeping you for days and give you all sorts of medicines and proceedures you don't need so they can bill your insurance and then send you home worse then you where when you came in.

U can go to the old rite aid on Goodman st there's no wait time , if u come here to rgh u will wait for a long time and I'm not sure if they are even taking people to do covid test u also can go to the Wilson center on Carter st

Why is it that I can’t get am appointment for at least 3 to 6 months to see a doctor. This is insane. I have been to Sayre and Corning with no problems but unfortunately I was sent to RGH. Disgraceful. 🤬🤬🤬
