I needed pre op blood work. I went to the Long Pond/English Rd ACM site. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. The customers where laughing in the waiting room at how Every customer was treated and talked to. Laughing at the outrageous way the employees talked to customers. I will never send even a dog to a facility that is ACM labs. They don't stop and realize customers needing blood work may be dealing with medical issues already, then to be treated in such an awful way is disgraceful! Shame on you ACM. Retraining for your employees in common professional courtesy is more than needed!

I went to the lab today and was very disappointed with the checkin process. It was very impersonal and cold. I miss the ladies at the window. After they call me back, the attendant was very nice and did a great job. I came early thinking I had enough time before work to get the test done, because she had to fill out the paperwork and then get the tubes ready, it took a lot longer and I barley made it to work on time. I wish that management would reconsider putting the ladies back up front. I really miss that and I believe that the process will be a lot smoother. Just my 2¢.
