After arriving at the Ridgeway office on Saturday morning at 5:45 to have my blood drawn, I walked in and there's a sign on the door that says open at 7:00 a.m.! Perhaps with today's technology you could at least update your website not to inconvenience your customers! Not everybody wants to be up at 5:00 on a Saturday morning and to be disappointed because you idiots couldn't bother to take the time to update your website!

If your Dr is a Rochester regional health Dr, then most likey the orders are in the system. If you're Dr is a URMC Dr, we don't have access to them but you can bring in a printed copy and we can do the labs for you.

Saturday 6 am-10 am. Elmgrove (near the Y) is open until noon Saturdays.
Patti, ammonia needs to be done at a hospital because of the fragility of the specimen. Unity, Rochester General, St. Mary's all have labs on site. This allows for fast transport ( at RGH they walk the specimen downstairs to the lab immediately). If the order is written as STAT, your doctor should have the results within hours.
