Employee Carlos had me waiting 15 minutes just kept answering phone and I was the only one in line right in front of him, another employee finally finished with his customer and assisted me, right after the other employee assisted me Carlos ask the guy that just got in line how he can help him and he was out before I was.

I came to purchase coolant for my car since it was low. It was my first time purchasing this so I needed help figuring out which one my car needed. The super friendly guy at the front desk, Carlos, assisted me and went out of his way to help me put the coolant in my car. I came in not knowing what to do and Carlos made my feel at ease and very comfortable with his great advice, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. This store will now be my go to for whenever I have any car issue.

Super happy & grateful for the help I’ve received tonight. Ashley, was very kind to help me out with my car, great customer service. Not only did she help me but she explained to me very well what I was purchasing & that’s something that is needed whenever you buy your car parts. I don’t know nothing about cars and Ashley made it easy to understand. Thank you Ashley I truly appreciate you. Definitely an AutoZone I would recommend.
