Had a wonderful experience today getting blood work done at this location on Elmgrove Road! Went about 10 and didn’t have to wait at all! The lady who took my blood was fabulous too! Didn’t even feel the needle going into my arm! So quick and easy!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Everything I read states they open at 6 am. Sign on the door states 7 am. 6 people in the parking lot in their cars and not a worker in site. Should updated their website & face book pages.

Very poor service. No receptionist at all. I needed to drop off a sample, had to 'wait my turn'. sat there for 50 minutes, while 5 people were served ahead of me, then 2 minutes in a room to look me up in the computer & verify that they had a lab ticket. A receptionist could have done this when I arrived, and I wouldn't have had to waste nearly an hour.
