The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I had to drop off a samples before work at 7am. I ask if there was a drop box, the receptionist says no, very nasty. I had get a number, instead of just taking the bag, which would have take 1 minute. I had to wait over 25 minutes, then when it got to my number and I was the only person left in the waiting area, she had me wait. I went up to the window to try to talk to her and tell her I was running late for work. She, she didn't look at me and ignore me and refused to open the window to talk to me. Then she takes an additional 10 minutes to call my number, even though I was the only person in the waiting. She then calls me and asks me questions which is clearly on the bagro keep me waiting more. Then when she takes the bag, she says have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. I will never go there again. I wish I can find a supervisor that I can complain to.
