The building is very clean. There's lots of activities here. The apartment is spacious. Wegman's bus comes every week and the food market truck comes every week. All windows have great views. Some apartments are very cold inside in the winter especially the river side. The garbage shute room is very smelly inside, they need to clean the room with bleach or pine sol. The hallways smell of cigarettes. The person that lives over me and the person lives next door to me smokes a lot. I don't smoke, it bothers me a lot. The person that live over me is noisy, after midnight he decides to make noise, when people is asleep. Laundry room is big , it's kept clean.

clean, nice A family member recently moved in for a studio and it is super spacious, Enough parking, good area and surrounded by beautiful places, with abundant trees and natural surroundings.💯👌👍
