We were going to buy on line king size avocado organic mattress originally (1-year trial) but we decide to go to city mattress and got Prada mattress queen size during presidents day sale We were not sure to go with king or queen size sales rep.told us that would be no problem if we decide to change it after sleeping on it 30 days (90 days satisfaction guarantee exchange) She told us has to be after 30 days we can’t do that before 30 days Price of our queen site mattress was Retail $2,349.95 we got it with the presidents’ Day sale promotion for 2,099.99 Price of king size mattress was Retail $2,899.95 Today after 45 days I went to exchange for king size Price today Queen size $3,389,95 on sale for $2,699.99 King size $4,529.95 on sale for $3,599.99 So I was still today I will have to pay $1599 difference to exchange it from Queen to king size they will only give me 10% off Please be aware of the 90 days satisfaction guarantee this is baloney they just want to take your money and that’s it Just want to say thank you to city mattress for reaching out to me and I was able to exchange my mattress for the original price. Even though Prada products prices went up, they honored the original price.

My husband and I already had a king mattress and bed on order from one of the chain furniture stores. We visited City Mattress, with no intention of buying anything. Taylor, the sales person who greeted us was very friendly and helpful, even though she knew we were just looking. After trying several mattresses, we decided to cancel our other order and buy the mattress and bed from Taylor. When we got our mattress, we found it was not comfortable enough for us. Taylor helped us try several other mattresses and with her help we found the one that we helps us get a good night's rest. We also landed up buying an bed and mattress from Taylor for our guest room.

Walking in I was a little unsure of being here. I am used to being easily dismissed with my appearance. Immediately Kristina came up and greeted me. She asked me questions along the way of what I was looking for and made sure my needs were met for a new bed! What impeccable service by her! I also ventured and found an incredible fold out couch On the day they were arriving, I was running late and reached out to her. She was there for me and helped to assist in getting a hold of the trunk bringing my items, after the sale. If I find need for anything else in the future, this is definitely where I will stop by again. Thank you Kristina!!!!!!
