If I could give this place zero stars I would! I called the company a few weeks ago because our internet service is not working since hurricane Ian, everyone around us has working internet. They told me they would have someone come out today Wednesday the 12th to fix our internet. No one even showed up and I can’t connect with an actual agent every time I call it’s a computer and they hang up on me. I had to say I was a new customer to even talk to an agent, the agent told me she does not a see anything on the schedule and that we would have to pay. Why the heck would we have to pay for someone to come out and check our service when we were told they would come out and check it for free. She told me she would transfer me to the repair agent and all it does is send me straight back to the automated service that just hangs up on me. Now I have no internet and no way to contact an actual agent! I’m super frustrated and upset!

They shut off the ability to talk to a live agent for everyone in Florida affected by hurricane Ian. They have remained silent, with no updates for the thousands of their paying customers left with no cable or Internet during the worst natural catastrophy Florida has ever seen. Comcast Xfinity you need to do so much better.

These people are horrible. They will say they dont work on commission to build trust. They're right- it's called performance bonus. They will lie straight to your face about what you have signed up for online, and if you call them out they just hold the lie. 2yr contract they said.. I DONT THINK SO!! Don't think for a second you will get, or did get in and out of this location without something being added to your bill. CHECK IT REAL WELL and see. "Managers" will back up SALES staff lies. AND DON'T BE FOOLED FOR A SECOND- THEY ARE ALL SALES SALES SALES SALES. PRINT OUT WHATEVER YOU SETUP BEFORE YOU GO IN THERE, THEN CALL THE 800 NUMBER AND KEEP THEM ON THE LINE AS THESE GUYS TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOURE MISTAKEN!

They will set up an appointment for someone to go install it. However, there's no benefit to go to the store over ordering online or the phone unless you prefer to talk to someone in person.

They have a sign up list at the front door. I waited almost 90 minutes 2 days ago. I don't know if you can sign up online. I had everything set up on phone just had to pick up a box which took 90 seconds
Do you hive any discounts for 75 year old widow. Because my bill went up from 154 t0 169. You have no heart just money money.
