The carpet in the guest bedrooms are filthy and dirty they look like they never been clean but this hotel is a great one to stay at but the guest bedroom does not have TV

Sorry to hear of your issues. We stayed in the tower and there was no carpeting at all. Our guest bedroom also had a TV. Perhaps you should see about a possible credit or refund from the owner.
