Is it pet friendly ? I have two small dogs

There are signs that say No Pets Allowed and people will be fined. However I saw SEVERAL people with pets who claim they are service animals. I would ask first but they're policy is no pets.

We are just pulling out of this place and we saw people walking dogs. I figured they must be owners not renters.

Yes but they have to be on leash

I think they are allowed as long as they are on a leash

It's says no on all the signs but I see enrollee walking around with small dogs. I would call the management office to find out for sure.
