Missing some pots, cleaning crew came in before 10am to get my mom's stuff out of the room so another guest can get in there early. They weren't going to let me use the rest room cause they wanted her out of there that fast. Rooms don't get available till 4pm. Very disappointed for someone that has gone there for 20 years. No updates at all.

We use a family members time share here every other year. The rooms (or ours at least) have had some recent updates which look really nice, including the floors and counter tops. It looks right out to the beach, staff are friendly and quick to act which is nice. The keycards, wifi, and fitness center need the next updates badly though. The keys stop working about every 24 hours. We were told that putting them near a phone, other credit cards, or anything remotely magnetic will wipe the cards. Which first of all is absurd, but second, even if I leave it in a separate pocket or put it in its own spot in my book bag away from everything, they still stop working after about a day. The wifi was an issue every day and maintenance kept saying “there it’s fixed” only for it to stop working 20 minutes later. I have no idea how this worked, but we just unplugged the modem in our room and left it unplugged. I’m guessing we were using a neighboring rooms since it’s free access, but it took us days to figure that out and maintenance never did. The gym just needs some dumbbells or free weights. Get rid of a couple of the machines- literally any of them- and just get one bench and a set of dumbbells, and that would be a huge improvement. Oh and thank you to the blond woman who you talk to after checking in! Another guest very rudely and blatantly cut right in front of me in line while her husband hid in the hall and acted like he didn’t see. I was seconds away from saying something since she was now next in line, but the staff specifically asked what I needed since I was next. I very much appreciated that. Despite the few small annoying things, everything is pretty good and I really enjoy coming here! Staff seems to be doing a good job keeping guests happy. Hopefully the locks haven’t been updated because that money has been going to the excellent staff :)

So cozy and nice! The room was great and clean. Very spacious.

30-31 JUL 2022. The rooms desperately need to be upgraded. The beds are very firm and the pillows sound as if they’re inside of hard plastic. The room was fairly clean except for the bathroom. There was long pieces of hair on the sink and some short hairs(maybe somebody shaved their mustache or beard). The location is nice but if you’re a younger couple looking for a nice room to enjoy then I would try another resort. This place was outdated and reminded me of going to go visit an older relative.
