Worst place, that I have lived in!!!!!! Management doesn't resolve issues with neighbors! Neighbors don't respect! Tenants steal from each other, and the property! It's loud, the constant barking of dogs, they just let them bark continuously! If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this is not for you, you won't get it!!!

Terrible management. I scheduled a walk through for my last day of my lease.I was moving out of state and could not re-schedule.These people decide to keep my entire deposit because they know I can't make it back to Idaho.I've been renting apartments for over 35 years and never had an experience like this.If you decide to rent from these people, know what you're getting into.

Lived here once, and it was a disaster. The majority of the people that live here do not take care of their messes. They don't pick up after their pets, they let them urinate everywhere (there were regular stains on the carpet before they replaced it). Management finally had to replace the hallway carpet after having it cleaned multiple times. Also, the people living here are not friendly at all. Their constantly passing around nasty rumors about anyone and everyone, even things that are not true at all. Some of them also like to make social "Power Plays" on others. I'd see a police cruiser outside the complex on a regular basis for stupid, petty stuff all the time. Not to mention the building is super old. A pipe burst in one of the buildings once, and it left a very large mess. I'm glad I got out when I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone, no matter what.

Questions & Answers

Are you low income or subsidized rent, 2 bedroom?

This property is low income housing tax credited and subsidized by housing. There are only a couple of 2 bedrooms and hard to come by. It is a 55 and over complex.

Do the apartments have window coverings?

Like blinds? Yes. But you have to bring your own curtains

Can we bbq here?

Probably not...this is a senior living facility and concerns of open flame can be an issue; however, check with the staff for the definitive answer.
