I did call a couple times. No one but booking river oaks which closed at 5 b4 i even got here can do anything. What did they do to compensate you?? This is is nuts my daughter and i r so tired we just open door turned on all the fans and vents and hoping for the best cant get anyone u til 9am
Did you call security? They are the ones to call after hours
This is what happened to us all amenities not working not even cable no customer service no emergency contacts I'm sorry your experience is as bad as ours
