Can you use the pool if you go for lunch and drinks but not staying at hotel? Where should I park and the costs?

It costs about 300$

We went for drinks & they let us use the pool area. The waitstaff & bartenders are very nice. Food & drinks are great! We walked do not sure about parking

you have to have a card to access the pool so the answer is no and you can park your car on the street few blocks from the hotel
