I’ve stayed at Hampton properties for many years and this one stands out. Every employee was extremely friendly. Even the maintenance guy asked how my workout was when I was leaving the gym. Just unbelievable. The property is very modern, super clean, and breakfast was delicious. They only need to get in touch with Google to get their amenities fixed, as they don’t have laundry service.

We stayed here for an event and this place hits all the right notes. The parking can get a bit full but drive down and there's more space underneath. The staff here are friendly and and appreciative as they'll go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Rooms are clean, spacious and top notched. They do only have one elevator and can take a few tries during busy hours. The beds were a bit soft for my preference and the A/C unit worked well. The in-room beverage fridge, coffee maker and additional sink was nice touch. Their morning breakfast was more than your typical continental breakfast. they have slight variations of their hot plates and ample coffee and fruits for your taking.

Customer service at this hotel is top-notch! Art at the front desk is absolutely amazing. He engages in conversation every time you see him and he genuinely cares about everyone coming and going from the hotel. The front desk crew was extremely friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrived. Been here once before (before the remodel) and I can say that the remodel really makes the place worth it. Very nice, clean, and very responsive. We called down to get some extra towels during our stay and they were at our door in under 5 minutes. Great free breakfast as well, complete with eggs, meat, and potatoes. Would recommend and will be staying here again if I am in town.

San Power

The hotel is fairly updated and clean Parking was convenient and there was ample spaces I was disappointed in the room size and the lack of lighting in the room /vanity area. I am use to having two sinks in the room instead of one. I was told when I booked the room that I would most likely be upgraded however when I checked in I was not given the option. It is not sound proof as you could hear everything that was going on in the rooms next door. Overall the staff was pleasant at the front desk just not pleased with the room
