First the elevator is STILL broken, stair ways smell, bugs everywhere. our room TV kept turning off and TV was black and unable to operate. Bugs in my room sinks, bathroom wall and run-in around in the room. Pool wasn't a clean one, cards don't work entering the building from the outdoor pool. They lie when guest are telling the truth. Blonde curly hair guy was unprofessional, unbutton shirt. I don't see why I need to put down $150. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, IM STILL WAITING ON MY $150 REFUND.

Easy freeway access. I was bummed when i saw i was on 3rd floor w/ broken elevator. The huge room made up for it, and Eddy helping me with a printing job saved my life. I'll be loyal to Marriott just because of him.

Positive: We enjoyed the easy on and off of the interstate. The breakfast was hot and very well stocked. The room was clean and very quiet considering the closeness to the interstate. Negative: They are in renovation, so there is no elevator. The day we checked in, the desk clerk was not pleasant, kind of put out that she was checking us in.

Overall a great stay, however there are a few hiccups along the way. When we got there, one of the front desk associate was chatting away with the other, without acknowledging us, took her a minute before knowing that we are existing in front of her. Upon entering, opening doors and wheeling our luggage in, me saying hello, she totally ignored us. The other one, Ricky, was really nice and professional with acknowledging us and explaining the situation. Their elevators were not working the whole weekend, good thing we are only on the second floor, a slight inconvenience. We were locked out of the room on our second day, but they were able to resolve it, saying it's been happening for a while now. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was served from 7 am to 10 am, and has cold and hot food options. The pool was heated. Check-out was a breeze! Also, the sorrounding area gets sketchy after dark.

SpringHill Suites Phoenix North is about 15 minutes from Reach 11 Sports Complex.
The room rates fluctuate depending on when you book, and which website it's through. Right now, looks like $65-85. There are discounts for AAA, as well as senior, military,etc.
