Positive: Hotel has 24 hour security and are quick and prompt to respond. There are restaurants and gas stations within easy walking distance. Negative: Every room that I was switched to smelled like cigarettes, even though,the rooms are non-smoking. The check-in is also slow and cumbersome, even if you are prepaid.

It's not a safe area for a single person. The room is nice, but very loud everything. People blasting music. Kids running outside. I wouldn't bring a kid over here. No deposit required if you book on Expedia.

Worst lodging experience to date! The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though there is a no smoking policy. The "clean" towels were more like old rags; some had stains that not even detergent could remove (I assume detergent is being used). The check-in was frustratingly long, and was conducted via a teller booth - outside. The lodging facility is also in the "questionable" part of Phoenix (definitely did not do as much research as I should have). [Hotels.com] Please remove this establishment from your selection list, as it is damaging your reputation and credibility. [Future Travelers] If staying here is your only option, then: 1. Make sure you are up-to-date on all shots and vaccinations. 2. Bring your own towels - or purchase some at the local Target. 3. Lysol (no explanation should be necessary). 4. Ear plugs for resident with apparent behavioral issues and street noises.

Positive: WACK HOTEL never even got to stay. Checked in the morning Afro my husband to be there once I was off work and they never let him in. After I made the reservation I even drove up there to make sure he will be able to get in and they said it was fine. Negative: It was fine and he was outside for I don¿t even know how many hours. Just want my refund and to speak to a hire up because 2 days in a row I can¿t get into a hotel is unacceptable.
