Positive: I have been staying here once or twice/mo for years, when I come to Phx on business. I am always greeted by name, my personal preferences on a room are always considered, and they are very attentive to any needs that may arise. "5 star" staff!! Negative: I feel badly for the owners, because due to the economy, they can't keep help. They are working OT, all diff shifts, to continue delivering "service with a smile" and I think they are doing an amazing job!

Complimentary breakfast is Activia yogurt and dollar tree honey buns. (Better than nothing). But they share a parking lot with waffle house, and that location the chef is amazing! They hotel staff Is pretty sweet, just don't smoke 🚭 near their doors or windows. They don't like that. Otherwise, great rewards program!

Positive: Room was reasonably clean. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Negative: Handicapped accessible room was not as shown in picture; no shower seat or shower wand sprayer. Carpet was so old, the bottoms of our feet were black after walking on it. Hotel is in serious need of updating!

Not sure why the front desk person kept pressing me for so much personal information. I pray he does not do anything with my information, my daughter's information, or my credit card information he photocopied. I was not given a receipt so I will have to scrutinize my credit card statements over the next several months. Had we not been so tired from a long journey I may have seen the red flags more clearly. I am hoping I get refunded the odd upfront deposit he promised I would get back once I left. Please do not retaliate against me for this honest review. It was a scary experience hearing him scream profanities at the homeless and or drug addicted lady after he kicked her while she sat on the curb in the parking lot. best feature was the location to The Waffle House. Rooms were in disrepair. Mini fridge did not work and smelled of mold. Horribly over priced if it was truly the correct price. the whole time it didn't seem safe. Paper thin ceilings, walls, doors, windows. Noises seemed amplified. Woke up multiple times throughout out the night due to noise. Please do not find out the hard way about this place .
