Positive: location, location across from Blue Sky Airport parking is a huge plus. Free breakfast Negative: Staff could have been more engaged upon arrival. A more welcoming approach when travelers are tired. The breakfast person was so busy that I got my own serving pieces from her station and seated myself and just felt that I was not seen.No one to help.

Came here to teach a class. We used the banquet room for 3 days. Prior communication with Joe was excellent. The room was perfect for what we were doing. Every time we took a break, a new snack or drink had been set out. All of the smallest details were perfect. I also stayed in a room for 3 nights. I was upgraded upon check in, and very happy with everything. The bar has a good selection including Bell’s beer. The on-site restaurant is available for all 3 meals. At night I went in the hot tub and the temperature was perfect, right around 103°f. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. The banquet is a decent space and depending on what you need it for, could likely accommodate 100 people, although we had about 20. Joe and the Banquet staff went above and beyond for us and we will be using this facility next year as well. We use banquet facilities around the state of Arizona and this may not be the biggest, but it is truly the best!!

Positive: Room was comfortable, food was good, location was very close to the airport. Even though the shuttle wasn't running at the time we needed to leave for our 1 AM flight, the hotel arranged and paid for a Lyft for us.The bed and pillows were very comfortable Negative: The TV malfunctioned a bit, and the shower had seen better days and could use a refresh.

This hotel is very worn. I booked a stay for me and my friends traveling from Sedona and had we not have driven so far, I would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. The carpet in the room was torn, shower was not clean, hair in the sink. The guy that checked us in was great. But this hotel definitely needs upgrading and supervised cleanings.
