We were supposed to have early check in, but even we arrived, no rooms were ready. We waited a little over 2 hours in the lobby, and on my 3rd attempt to get an estimated time, I finally got out room. They charged the entire stay up front, and didn't remove the charge for early check in. The refrigerator in the room doesn't work, and the AC barely works. Other than that, it's clean, has everything we need, and it is located perfectly for what we need.

We were at the Hyatt for Fan Fusion. As I did love this place, it was not without issue. 1) some part of their system overbooked our room. To which their solution was to move us. I understand these things happen, but there was no conversation about it. We got a call in the middle of working the show and were told we were moving six people to a one bed room. Unfortunately our kids ended up having to leave early. 2) based on the above. The service people need some training. As they were very friendly. This situation could have been resolved better with a bit more communication.

This was by far the best stay at a hotel that I've had in the last 8 months. The rooms were quiet there was no running up and down the hall no screaming people. Memorial Day weekend was a very busy weekend for the hotel and they handled everything professionally. Even though it was crowded and it was a lot of people the professionalism and the way they handled people the way they greeted people was just so welcoming and so comforting. I loved staying there made my weekend thank you

Great location in the heart of downtown, easy to walk to everything and the staff was great with recommendations. Parking is the only awkward thing here because it's across the street and a little sketchy on the elevators. During covid this hotel and staff really took care to create a clean and comfortable environment while also getting creative with their food/beverage services.
