Positive: Very nice hotel. The lobby had relaxing music and pictures of the world on their tv. It was a nice touch. Very clean and a nice room. Negative: The hair dryer didn¿t work.

This hotel is listed as pet friendly on Google and Google Maps even though they are not pet friendly. They also refused to give me a refund when I pointed this out. So here, let me help you! In the "Info" section of the Google My Business management screen, there is a setting called "Hotel Attributes". Unselect "Pets" in the "Hotel attributes" field so you stop appearing in pet friendly Google search results.

I booked this hotel For my disabled Friend And her disabled grandson. The hotel adamantly refused to take their cash for 100.00 say they needed a major credit card for incidentals! If my friend had a major credit I would not have had to use mine! This hotel was rude and just Plain mean to these people. With no considering that they are handicapped with oxygen tanks in tow!!! I would recommend that no one would ever stay here again if they value their dignity! Comfort Suites you are pathetic in your treatment of human beings! You should be ashamed!!!!

This is a great hotel and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! When I checked in, my room was spacious, clean, and included everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well during the duration of my trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you have quick access to numerous roadways.
