For an overnight before our flight out, this place was great. Clean rooms, quiet night sleep on the 6th floor at the end of the building. (Room 633). Dinner at the restaurant was adequate. We left too early to partake in the breakfast buffet. The free airport shuttle service was good. James and Hector both were very nice. Shout out to Toni at the front desk for making it easy for us! Great customer service. There is a pool on-site, but we did not use it. Nice pantry type store with lots to choose from. Will most likely stay here again on our next Arizona adventure.

Definitely spacious lobby with food and bar available. Food selection (Menu) is not to par with the rest of the hotel so hopefully that changes. Hotel is not close to any other options for food so that was a bit rough but not a deal breaker. Quiet and spacious rooms for doing business after returning each day that was definitely nice.

From the moment I walked in the the lobby, I was greeting with a big smile. The entire staff at this location is phenomenal. The kitchen personnel were fantastic as well. Special thanks to Toni and Daneay for providing me with outstanding customer service throughout my two day stay. It's so hard to find good service nowadays, but you guys exceeded my expectations. I will certainly recommend this location to everyone. See you next time.

Sigh... Customer service isn't what it used to be. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of Hilton hotels. I know that sometimes a hotel near the airport can be a little different than one anywhere else. This one was actually clean and well maintained. The rooms looked fine. However, I should've known by the start of our stay that there was going to be some issues. Hilton's are usually good about greeting their customers when there's a line. Here, there were two people at the front desk, a male and a female. The male was helping a customer check in. There was a guy waiting behind him trying to buy a bottle of wine from the hotel shop and then there was us, trying to check in. I don't know what the other lady was doing. She didn't greet anyone. Eventually she helped the wine guy but then went back to looking down at the computer (the line was back up to three again after that). Eventually, when the guy finished checking the other guy in he helped us. After the rough start, we went up to the room. It was nice and clean. A couple issues were whenever you made any significant movement on the bed, the headboard knocked pretty hard into the wall. The water in the shower was warm but not hot (no change in the morning either). And the toilet was one of the ones where if you didn't hold the handle down for five to ten seconds, it wasn't flushing all the way and you had to wait another couple minutes before it filled back up to try again. The restaurant was the highlight of the stay. Though the dinner service was packed and it took a while for service, the waitress was excellent. The service in the morning was also fantastic. The one knock on the restaurant is the cloth napkin I got for dinner service smelled fairly musty. One final thing I'll say is that they probably need to pay more attention to the restaurant bathrooms connected to the restaurant. I went in there prior to breakfast and it appeared that someone's food didn't agree with them, likely from the night before...in both stalls. Pretty disgusting... Anyway, not a horrible experience but also not what I would expect from Hilton. It's likely I won't be returning to this location without some training modifications and upgrades to the rooms.
