Nice and comfortable place to live in downtown, but they don’t have room service , you need water or any thing you have to go and get it !! Any ways the locality surrounding us good, especially the base ball ground at walking distance, a good attraction for those who are baseball lovers 👍

Great location to stay at if you are going to either chase field or PHX airport! Staff is very friendly and set me up with a room that requires little walking since I am temporarily disabled. Rooms are super clean and have man amenities! Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove along with pots, pans, utensils needed to cook meals. Beds are super comfortable! TV is a bit on the small side but doesn't break the deal.

There was a ton of construction that made getting to the hotel hard. And a concert so there was no parking because they didn't reserve spots for guests and let the garage fill up. There was valet parking though or it would have been a hunt for a parking spot. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom door tries to trap people in though.

Valet and front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. I couldn’t give five stars because the breakfast was NOT very good at all. The eggs were cold and dry, and the selection was very minimal. For such a nice place you would think the breakfast would be better. At least a waffle maker? We will stay again.
