Nate Evelyn Vanessa Ceiara Juana from housekeeping the little angel that makes breakfast and cookies and especially Gabriella. These are just a few of the names of the wonderful people that work at this hotel. I didn't mean to leave anybody out but I'm sure I did. The thing is this hotel doesn't leave anything out. There's wonderful breakfast clean rooms nice staff friendly Courteous and caring. It's got a very nice location with a bunch of different things around it. Restaurants parks things of that nature. Good transportation the desk staff will even arrange for a ride for you. And there's a small pantry that you can purchase different food items up to an including Pizza and ice cream. To sum it all up I would stay here above any other place.

I was very surprised with this hotel since I didn't have great expectations but the customer service was excellent! Both Obed (evening shift) and Nathan (day shift) at the front desk were great! The facility was clean and well maintained and my room was spacious and quiet. Good breakfast and all the staff members that I interacted with were attentive and courteous. The cleaning person, Margarita was very nice and fulfilled all my requests. Definitely will stay again if I'm going to Phoenix.

Hotel front desk, horrible staff, dirty filthy front desk. I had reservations from 3 weeks. We reached at hotel at 12.05 AM after 5.5 hours long flight on 4/13/22 . Women at front desk says my system is down and can’t see your reservation. Showed her on my phone. Asked for clean and quiet room. She replied I don’t have it. You need to take what I offer. I said if room is dirty then you get reviews what I experienced. She told us to leave her property at 12.30 in night. She was so angry and left front desk. She didn’t care what happened to us at that time. She comes back and told us she is going to call local police if we did go soon. Hopefully all is recorded in their CYC camera. Property honor and Reddison cooperation should review it. My husband asked her what we did wrong and she said you are going to write reviews. I never give bad reviews but this one will open lots of travelers thinking. This woman said reservations means nothing. She has ultimate power to check you inn. You are no body. Sounds crazy but it happened this morning. We went next door to court yard Marriott and they were completely booked but helped us over and beyond. We payed very high room rates for checking in late in different hotel but slept well for 7 hours. Pay extra but do not make mistakes of booking at cheap places….it is your vacation or travel make it memorable……

We came in really late it was one of the few rooms left on the west side of Phoenix. First night all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids slept in a king bed) the next morning the staff was horrified this had happened and apologized. They also worked with us to change us to a room with two queens for Saturday night. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Excellent service!

You'll have to call the hotel.. Mostly the people who answer questions on here are people that stayed there.. Good luck!
I don't know for sure, but think there's a very good chance.

It all depends on what you consider as close by and what you want to do. The collage is just down the street and there are a good amount it restaurants as well as touristy things if you are willing to drive for a couple minutes. Restaurant wise, i would say check out Culinary Dropout. They have live music on select nights, happy hour, sports on the tv, some table games and great food. It's a fun happy atmosphere for all. If you want a bit more cosy check out the Perfect Pear Bistro. They have indoor and patio dining. They focus on pastas but have a variety of other dishes as well and a decent selection of wine to accompany then. Plenty of selection if you happen to be a vegetarians as well. Entertainment wise there is a bit of everything. I would suggest speaking with the front desk staff for what it's going on that night. You can check out what's happening at the legends entertainment district with new things every night and the botanical gardens are also not far either.
The shuttle is NOT 24 hours, despite what their website says. First shuttle leaves at 6:15 am and they shut down at 10 pm, so if you have an early or late flight, you are out of luck. Found this out the hard way. Ridiculous for an “airport” hotel to have a shuttle that does not operate as far as over 100 arrivals and departures are concerned.
15-20 minutes depending on traffic
