as a last minute option for the price that I paid for one night I expected a lot more. The hotel is very basic employees aren’t that friendly and I paid for a city view and got nothing but construction. Wi-Fi is not included with your nightly price which is outrageous because it’s 2023 how isn’t there going to be free WiFi?? You have the option of paying $14 or $17 for the Wi-Fi per day! A lot of noise while trying to sleep inside the hotel and outside, Food is 7/10 but I definitely don’t recommend this hotel there is a lot better you can get around!

Nothing special about this hotel. It was clean but the location downtown is decent. A lot of homelessness down there.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our #genblue2022 #coldwellbanker real estate conference! This hotel literally smells amazing, their signature white tea scent carry’s through the hotel. The furniture is hip and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I am an avid @onepeloton member and loved using their peloton bikes in the fitness center. We also enjoyed hanging with our colleagues outside by the beautiful saguaro cactus and fire pits. @coldwellbanker

Booked a get away for my birthday and was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel. Over priced and not worth it. You have to pay for parking which is $38 for valet because who is going to self park for $28 at a garage across the street and have to get your bags to the hotel. Anyway, parking plus a mandatory $25 you must spend at the bar. I was not aware of this until I arrived and checked in. Paid for a city view and was put in a room with construction. The phone didn’t work to call to complain and I had to ask a housekeeper to send someone up before they came I noticed the refrigerator did not work so then they offered to send an engineer up to fix the refrigerator and also replace the batteries in the phone. A man was in my room for about 25 minutes invading my space as I’m trying to get ready. I was so fed up and complained and they offered to move my room finally. The other room view was better but I had to pack my things up after I had unpacked them and then unpack them again. I checked in at 4 and this happened over the course of an hour. I was so annoyed but it’s my birthday so I wanted to just have fun. Went to the bar for drinks the staff wasn’t that friendly. Also the food was disgusting! I ordered wings and they were still pink inside and cold and the fries that came with were extremely salty. The pool area was not what I expected the lawn chairs were filthy and the pool was small. The hotel is also located near a train stop and surrounded by homeless people no offense. Might I add you have to pay $1.25 to make LOCAL calls when using the hotel room phone and even more for out of state calls. Wi-Fi is also $14.95 a night. Everything cost money here and the room it self is already over priced. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with way more to offer. You have to pay for breakfast as well. If you want to spend an arm and a leg to breathe then go ahead but I would say based on pricing, the location, and customer service it’s not worth it at all will never book here again. The only positive out of this would be Allen he was a 19year old customer service rep who helped us move our room when we complained he had more customer service skills than people twice his age in there. Otherwise poor experience.
