I cannot highlight any very special positive moments except location, but would appreciate complete staffing of the rooms from the very beginning, so guests wont need to call the Room service and ask for sleepers and bathrobes (belts are not provided, which makes them useless) and then wait for hours for its delivery. Breakfast is a must for such hotels, should be included.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference in September. Overall the hotel in clean and modern. My problem is with the service. I always leave the Do Not Disturb tag on my door at hotels as I do not need my room cleaned while I stay. On the day before my checkout the maid service removed the DND tag and cleaned my room in a way that made me believe they thought I was checking out that day. I had my breakfast and drink on the table for the following morning which they threw away, and the moved all my belongings to a bench on the far side of the room. I spoke with management about this in the morning when I checked out and they told me to order breakfast at the hotel lobby restaurant and charge it to my room which they would remove the charge. They never removed the charge from the City credit card that I used for booking. They also did not provide me with the emailed receipt they said would be emailed that day. I have spent 3 hours over 5 phone calls just to get the receipt I needed to submit to accounting (this also happened to my associates I traveled with). It was then I noticed the charge for breakfast which wasn't removed. I have spent another couple hours trying to get that resolved but since all their phone numbers call out of the country they send you round and round in their phone system. I finally was able to submit a claim which takes 5-7 business days to get a response if they will provide a credit or not but I did not get a response. When I reached out to follow up on the claim I am unable to get a response. This has been the biggest hassle I have ever had to deal with for all my travel. This will definitely make me avoid Marriot properties for future travel.

I’m town for a conference and stayed here, the entire hotel was clean. Resturant attached was good and both bars were nice and stocked. They had music in the lobby almost every night that we were there( Sunday- Thursday) it’s about three city blocks from the convention center and was a flat walk there and to several restaurants and entertainment areas.

Stayed here for a conference. Very close proximity to the conference center, only a 5-8 minute walk away. This hotel was clean, welcoming and provided great service. After arriving quite late due to an issue with my flight, I had just missed the dinner cut off. When I explained to the man at the front desk I hadn't eaten all day, he immediately walked me over to the restaurant area and asked one of the chef's if there was any way I could get something to eat. I was able to get a salad and a drink, I was not expecting this service at all. I was extremely happy with the service in all aspects at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a great view. I would absolutely stay here again if I had another conference in Phoenix.

I don't think I'd put 42 people in it, but good for two close purple
No, however there are third party cabs and shuttles on standby for outgoing guests that are parked at the hotel.
You can take the Blue Line Metro West from Airport for $2 and get off at Van Burren & Central. Just about lesser than a block walk from there.
No it doesn't offer a shuttle you would have to get Uber or a taxi
They also valet so you dont have to be concerned about parking.
If you make prior arrangements they also may be able to do an early check in, or late if needed.
I would request that at the time of your booking. This is our slow season should not be a problem.

You should contact the hotel directly
Self parking at the hotel or valet available. Also street parking is an option.
Chase Field is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Sheraton. Walk straight up 3rd ave or 5th ave. South to Jefferson St. From 5th ave you can see the ballpark.
Irs not to far from the main bus terminal as well as the lightrail
I was just there and, no, they don't, but they do have an amazing restaurant that serves meals all day, a cafe, and a convenience store. Plus, directly across the street is a bunch of restaurant options. I recommend the Canyon Cafe, though i am not sure about it being open for breakfast. Now, that said, if doing a company event, you can arrange meals for those staying at the hotel. Just speak to the groups reservation agent and they can assist you. Oh, and the room service meals are okay; just fill out the provided order form and have it out, on your door before midnight, if i recall, for breakfast. (It says on the form.)
If you are referring to the arena its about a 10 minute walk. If you are talking about the casino its about a 25 minute drive
Hotel doesn't have one however there are many different providers at airport that can take you.
