This place has great amenities, the water park is perfect for a hot day. The restaurant was bland and lacked seasoning. The rooms are severely out dated. And out room had a really bad patch job right above the bed. The main pool was cute with 2 Jacuzzis on ether side of what looked like what once was a bar. But also attached to the deepend where all the kids were jumping in and splashing the adults in the Jacuzzis. We checked in late at 6 and assumed the lazy river would be open sense there is a restaurant and bar. But it was not. When we asked of how to get to it we were given a map but there was no mention of it being closed.

Oh my, where to begin. So very outdated! The pool was missing tiles and plaster with black mold. The spa was cloudy dirty. Disgusting. The rooms…..carpeting was coming up between the slaves in the room, toilet would never stop running. So outdated it had popcorn ceiling. We had to call because our safe was not working, one tv was not working. Seems like Hilton quit on this location. The Hole in the Wall, as my 8 year old granddaughter said “why are we the only ones here?” Well because it was musty smelling and lower than average food. The slide in the water park was out of order. Really? We paid a resort fee for all of this and an 8 and 6 year old that were very disappointed. I was embarrassed to take my grandchildren here for a weekend away with them on a staycation. It was not cheap!

Feels like a old ghost town. The main pool had a teeny tiny sign on it saying pool closed that you couldn’t see til you were at the gate. Geee it would have been nice to hear that at check in, instead I toted the kids and all their stuff to find the sign, so I went to the front desk and they said sorry someone should have mentioned it but all the other pools are operational.. so I went on the longest walk of my life and of corse the kids couldn’t carry their stuff and wanted me to carry them too.. and how mad do you think I was when I got all the way down to the lazy river area and it was closed. Liar!!! I was so mad I could scream. There is a restaurant there so I went in and explained the situation and he pointed me towards north point and if I thought the fist walk was long, this one was twice as long and this whole circle I did around the property I didn’t see anyone but the two employees I spoke to. There were two older women with a pretty good wine buzz going and a group with 3 or 4 that were in their late 20’s trying to stay awake and it was around 7pm. I am a fan of Hilton but usually they are much more accommodating than this… I would have loved a ride or better directions. But I still love you Hilton.

This place was awesome. It was very quiet and parking was easy. The room was nice and huge for just 2 people. Not to mention the hotel has a water slide and a lazy river attached to it. Staff was very friendly. I'm definitely coming back!

There are two restaurants at this facility. One was not open, but the Hole in the Wall was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also it has a bar. Both pools were open, as well as the Lazy River and Mini Golf course.

Yes! Not all the drinks were available (like nitro brew), but the basics were there.
We had a double queen room with 3 people. We were told we could have 4 wristbands for our room. You might check with the hotel and inquire as to how many you can receive per room.
Lazy river closes at 7pm, and the main pool at the main hotel closes at 10 pm. Open time unsure but I did see people in it in the morning at about 7 i believe
12 noon, I wrote/called them well in advance. let me know if the river is open.
Yes, they will also store your bags in a closet by the desk. The staff are so helpful!!

To be honest we ventured out to scottsdale for most meals.
It's gonna be awhile unfortunately. Rico's may not open back up at all
I doubt it.
All the pools were heart when we visited this month. They may not heat them all during the warmer seasons.
Yes. I would still recommend you call before your trip because occasional resorts may perform maintenance and close a pool during off seasons.
All inclusive as food & drinks included no. There are several restaurants on or very close to the property. Great place to stay.
Yes the agave suites and the south pointe rooms have mini fridges and so so the studios out in the casitas. Only the bigger rooms in casitas have big fridges.
we left after one night, the place was not very clean. we were disappointed and asked for a refund. very runned down.
I loved this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and every single staff member is amazingly helpful. The rooms are spotless and modern. If I could afford it, I'd be there all the time
I'm pretty sure it is. We went in January and it was open and heated.
The pools close at 11pm but I believe they open really early....like 8. There is a sauna too!! :)

Registered guests to the hotel will receive a wristband at the booth for accessing both locations.
There is an asian buffet that has seafood including snowcrab about 5 minutes away. All you can eat buffet about $15/head. Not bad.
