Yes the agave suites and the south pointe rooms have mini fridges and so so the studios out in the casitas. Only the bigger rooms in casitas have big fridges.
Yes. It'll depend on the suite you're staying in. Ours was a 'casita' it had a regular size fridge. Good enough for the beer though...
