Positive: Check in was easy. Negative: The SHOWER in our room did not work, NO WATER came out of the showerhead. This is a basic requirement for a hotel room. When I called the front desk I was told the hotel was sold out & we couldn't have another room. We should get a refund!!

Pretty well everything was fine except the bathroom fan did no work and was not repaired during our stay. The bathroom had an odor on our arrival and we were provided with Febrege spray to mask the odor but the fan was not repaired, even after notifying the hotel staff about it, during out three days stay.

I just had probably the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel. They charged me for an extra night and wouldn’t give me a refund because the manager wasn’t there. We had to move rooms in the middle the night because the fire alarm battery kept beeping and they couldn’t make it stop. . They offered no accommodation for all the troubles and I’m still trying to figure out how to get charged the correct amount for my stay. With the exception of Ciara at the front desk the front staff especially Leslie and Irving were rude defensive and unapologetic and treated me extremely disrespectfully. .Stay away from this place
