Our stay was wonderful β€ we stayed 3 nights and our room was cozy and clean. You need to use your key to enter the building which made us feel very safe. The breakfast was delicious, they had eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits with gravy and an assortment of other things. The hot tub was nice, the pool was refreshing and had an amazing view of Phoenix downtown. The only problem was an employee by the name of Jeff, after an exhausting night my husband went to purchase us drinks from their market and was rude. My husband kept asking how his night is going and the usual small talk and completely ignored him. Then at our check out he made us wait about 15 minutes. We barely made it to catch our bus. They also charge a $100 damage fee which is motherf***ing ridiculous lol. You get it back after your stay but still the Hamptons don't even charge that much theirs is like $25 π Other than that highly recommend β€β€β€

It was good. Not a fan of paid parking at a hotel. Thatβs such a racket, especially when itβs on their own private lot around the building. Itβs a sleezy industry money grab we should be pushing back against. Not every hotel has parking fees and that is a fact. Then they take no responsibility for your vehicle on their property. Such a scam. That aside seems nice. The breakfast is nothing special, they just make a bunch of food and lay it out. Not like they have cook making you waffles or omelets to order. The room was clean. a/c a little old but the room was cold. Should have a bigger TV, 50+ are not that expensive, this was double queen with sleeper, so two TVβs would be better. The decor is a little dated. But overall not bad, very clean. No mold in the shower, no funny room odors. The few interactions with the staff were pleasant.

Positive: Beds and shower very nice, big flat screen tv. The business center had only one computer and printer but luckily I was able to use it and print some docs I really needed. There was a nice pool are too. Breakfast was great! Negative: Other than it being in sweltering 100+ degree temps downtown Phoenix.....No!

We usually stay in higher-end hotels, but stayed here primarily due to location and an outside swimming pool. No regrets! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was never crowded during our visit. My kids had the entire pool to themselves during parts of the day. Location was nice-- it did require us to walk, but no more than 20 minutes to visit various attractions. Small store with drinks and snacks always came in handy. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Outdoor pool very nice and refreshing on a hot day. Also has a sun canopy and towels. AAA plus
There are several restaurants within walking distance going towards the baseball stadium.
