Are group has been using this hotel for years. Our last stay started out by us contacting Ziggy at the front desk to check in. He was on the phone with a customer and we were blown away on how rude he was to that person not looking forward to us being next in line as it was clear Ziggy was having a bad day or despised his job. Boy were we right, he lectured us beyond believe about having the wrong name on our reservations. His attitude was as if we were children not behaving. He was the most unprofessional hotel representative I have ever experienced in the over 40 years of travel and I have seen a many. My party all aggreged afterward that he was utterly horrible. The rest of the employees were delightful. We will call in advance next time to book, but will ask if Ziggy will be on duty, and if he is we will go elsewhere.

Did not care for there lift or Uber service at all. They cancelled and I had to call again and get another van to pick up my other couple and the rest of our luggage. I told them right away to get me a large vehicle and nobody listen to me. Hope they improve on that issue.

I was travelling with my 8 month old and my mom. When we arrived we were told that the system was down and we couldn’t be checked in. We had to wait in the lobby and had already been travelling for a few hours and my baby had enough at that point. But we were so well taken care of from the moment we got there. I couldn’t be happier with the employees who helped us. They made sure we were comfortable and got us up to our room very quickly and did whatever they could to make sure we were happy with our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The room was very comfortable and clean as well. They even provided a pack and play crib for my baby. The breakfast was surprisingly good too! It was overall a great experience.

So, the systems were down for check-in and the gentleman who checked me in had such grace, affability, and hospitality! He is a wonderful staff member, I wish I caught his name. Thank you so much! The rooms are clean, well maintained, and comfortable.
