Security is good and friendly. Office is usually pretty busy so not too good with answering phone or being there when you need them. Overall not too bad for the location. It's an affordable little homey space :)

Now call the ocotillo apartment and hotel this place is exactly which you pay for. It's a bargain it's clean they've got 24 hours security and a neighborhood that needs it. It's not exactly the kind of place that I would come to bring the family for a long vacation but if you're traveling through town staying overnight it does the job quite nicely. The hotel front desk is very helpful and accommodating unfortunately they close the doors to the lobby at 6:00 p.m.

They are getting better. Was there a few times this year stayed a few days each time. Not one bug. I am impressed some of the other hotels are not as clean. They are turning the place around trying to get the riff raff out.

Don't stay here, something going on at this hotel. Had to make delivery here, parked my car and after getting out and started walking up the stairs, was approached by owner. Told me no visitors allowed. Despite him seeing me carry bag, I explained I am dropping off something, but he said no I can't. I asked, is there a problem, he said "Yes", but didn't tell me what the problem was. I couldn't understand, it was only 6pm, owner didn't know which room I was going to, so it couldn't been an issue with who I was meeting nor was it a personal issue with me cause he kicked other people off the property too. Owner was being very rude about it. He walked me back to my car as to make sure I leave. Meanwhile, another person was parking his car and before that person got out, owner approached them and told them the same thing. So I don't know what kind of problems happen at this hotel to justify such actions.
