The place was absolutely disgusting. The carpet, walls and bathroom were beyond filthy! The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The mattresses looked like they had been dragged in and put on the bed. The carpet was supposed to be a light brown and was literally black from traffic stains, you can see the difference in the 1st pic how light the carpet is under the furniture. The walls looked like they had never been wiped down and were falling apart. There was dried something on the toilet seat. The bathroom floor wasn't swept, let alone washed. The one hand towel that was in there was crusty. Even the remote for the tv they gave us was dirty. I won't even begin to tell you what the laundry facilities look like that they use to wash those sheets you sleep on. Needless to say we did not stay the night after seeing the room's condition. If I could give it negative stars I would and warn you to never go near this place. Some one needs to call the health department. The pictures don't do it true justice. It looks even worse in person.

THIS IS A SCAM. Walked into the room and there were cockroaches on the ground and other bugs crawling/flying around, including coming up out of the sink. The pictures online AND the positive reviews are 100% fake, the rooms were disgusting and unclean. I can only imagine what was on the sheets, since we left before even touching the bed. Update: We’re trying to cancel our reservation through Expedia and it appears they’re refusing to answer the phone in order to avoid processing the refund. I REPEAT. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We stayed here to watch the Phoenix Suns game. This is a terrible hotel. The room is very dirty and the air conditioner doesn’t work well so it gets hot in the room. It was a no-smoking room but it smelled very bad like cigarettes smoke. There was no smoke detector. Check-in is through a small window outside. It also doesn't feel safe walking around there. Do not go to this hotel!

Agreed, stay somewhere else. I did because it was the only place (last minute stop in Phoenix). I would never stay there again and would stay away (sketchy is an understatement for the hotel and area).
