I'm curious, why so many poor reviews for such a new development? Is it management, apartment issues i.e. space, i am considering relocating there and would like to know pros and cons

Washington Terrace is under construction. The area is being rebuilt from the ground up. Should be a very good place to live. Weeding out the bad....
