I lived here for close to two years and my experience was fantastic! The location is great, you can walk to Shelly lake and you’re only a 5 minute drive from North Hills and 15 to the heart of Raleigh. Ann is an exceptional property manager who always responded to my inquiries promptly and was pleasant to interact with. The maintenance team was great and resourceful. One time they even drove my trash to the dumpster when they saw me with it in the parking lot. Parking lot is never short on spots and is well lit at night. If you’re looking for a safe neighborhood and an apartment with an open layout, look no further!

This place is greedy and crooked. They charged too hidden fees just to do the application whether if you have the money or not. Which is ridiculous. It’s only too see if you qualify. Was not told this when I did the application. These apartments in Raleigh are greedy and stay gouging taking advantage of people. Don’t rent here. Place is a mess, dirty and shady. All they care bout is a buck. They need to be shut down. These apartments need to regulated Staff is awful. They just want their quota

Not sure why all the five star reviews. My husband and I lived here for about a year before buying our home. The rent is so high, increasing annually. Thankful to have gotten out before this past years inflation hit. The apartment itself was not great. We constantly heard our neighbors, above and below. Between our neighbors yelling at one another and stomping constantly, we felt way too much a part of the lives of these strangers. The complex didn’t feel very safe. It wasn’t well maintained. We had a lot of issues (one day our entire ceiling in the pantry flooded and caved in). Would not recommend. Glad to be out.

This review is based off my office visit…I walked in stressed looking for an apartment. Antonio P went out his way to show me everything I needed to see… to help ease the stress of finding a new place to live. Most places won’t even show you the exact unit you will be moving into. Antonio made sure I saw the unit prior to filling out an application. The experience was amazing. That says a lot about this company and how Antonio handles his business.
