This place is overprice and the staff does a poor job of communicating. Zack the maintenance manger is very nice and respectful. The Property Manager does not communicate things properly to her staff. The Assistant Property Manger gives out incorrect information. The girl working the front desk (I will leave her name out but you will know exactly who I am talking about if you ever meet her) is so rude. She looks mad 24/7 and hates answering questions. She makes you feel like you are bothering her by even saying hello.

The management of these apartments has changed so much for the worse in the past few months. There has been an infestation of bugs and roaches in the buildings that can seep through the front doors of the apartments because they are not properly secured. This summer the pool was closed more than it was open throughout ending of July and August. Trash services aren’t always accurate. It is such an inconvenience because for how high the rent is your not getting that much bang for your buck. Wouldn’t recommend.

We enjoy living here. We are very close to a lot of stores. Nice area to walk around. Maintenance has been great! Jacob and Zack are quick and efficient! We call them, they show up :) #1206
