Have a leak from bathtub request service from maintenance. they came an fix it but after 1 day the same issue comeback.call maintenance for leak. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting , job is not done yet. Worry about my water bill . Tired to call maintenance every time.

My mom stayed here for only 1yr before she was over it! Maintenance was slack. It’s been multiple times her air conditioning knocked out. Toilet and shower backed up of brown water. ROACHES she constantly had to spray bug spray. Management communication it little to none. They barely answer the office phone. They care about no one but how much money they can get from you. The apartments is not worth the money and raggedy. Not updated and on top of that when my mom first leased to these apartments she was promised something totally different from what she got! Unfortunately had to stick with it cause she had no where else to go, but again this apartment complex was little to no help and didn’t care because again they are all about MONEY!! Please if you can help it please don’t rent here! It’s not worth the money, hassle or headache…honestly don’t even deserve a star rating.

For me, it's because the people I've called my request in to don't even put the request in. Not even if you go in person!
I pay $30 a month for valet trash for trash to be sitting outside my door for days at a time. I take my trash out more than they pick it up
Wish I would have known...I'm definitely gonna try I leave my lease early I am not gonna continue to live this way water backs up from my garbage disposal
