I gave a verbal notice with prior management to end my lease which they said they would document for me. Now that new management is there they are saying they don't have any documentation and are locking me in for an extra 2 months I haven't accounted for. They don't care that my brother and I are now going to be homeless after having to stay there 2 extra months at no fault of my own. I get that leasing percentages are important for the company, but not at the cost putting people in financial situations because documents go "missing" when management changes. Wouldn't recommend, you're just a number to them.

Worse place I lived. Stuff I falling apart. Office is rude, constantly making mistake. No respect for any of the people that live at the place. Oh and the neighbors are the worse.,

The Ashton is lack luster, if you are wondering if your maintenance request will be handled in a timely matter .. think of it as always being an up hill battle. when I moved in, the "lux" apartment had roaches the Finishings ( door handles , toilet paper holder, cabinet paint) weren't done portions of the apartment wasn't painted my heating and cooling didn't work for two months. they are always in between maintenance companies so you will have engineers come in and tell you the same thing over and over. the water heater above me flooded through my walls and and bed room and this is all in the first three months. Coming to a resolution with this company feels like hitting a jackpot.... not probable. Whats unfortunate is that it isn't the leasing managers fault per say , the owners haven't given them the right foundation or resources needed to maintain the property. its like getting a big first aid kit when a hospital is really needed.

We just moved into this apartment and loved the layout at first, but so much was broken when we moved in and issues continue to happen. We moved into an apartment infested with german cockroaches (not the regular palmetto bugs that were all used to). We called pest control ON move in day. They sent pest control only once a week when we saw hundreds of bugs and we had to take matters into our own hands to purchase supplies and hire our own pest control. Cabinets, handles, all paper towel holders are broken. Our fireplace is old and rusty and we put in a service request the first week to get it fixed and it hasn’t. They will mark my requests complete when nothing is fixed. Our heat broke during the first cold nights of the season and while we were having family stay with us. They sent a temp out (because they have no maintenance staff apparently) to fix it and they said the earliest they could would be days. Multiple temps come in and out to look but just tell me the issue never fix anything. They’ve told us they don’t plan on having a full maintenance staff for weeks. We’ve had a growing list of things that need to be repaired in our apartment since move in and no one has done anything about it. We were also given mailbox keys that didn’t even work and not to mention the apartment was disgustingly dirty with an entire container of bread crumbs left in the kitchen upon move in. They scramble to turn around and leave dirt and splatter paint everywhere and the “renovations” are just cheap fixes for old infrastructure. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Trash is 10 and the water is divided up with in your building. The gas bill just depends on how much you cook and how hot you have your hot water. And electricity, for me since i live in a one bedroom, additionally i try to always unplug everything.Within reason, and to have only one outlet in each room with 1 electric strip so its easily unpluged. Except major appliances. It runs around 40-80.
