I lived at Hunting Ridge for 2 1/2 years. During my time there maintenance was always on point and took care of my issues. They’ve changed landscapers and it shows. They are horrible!!! Curb appeal has truly gone down. When I called the office Chaz was always available to answer any questions I had. She was very responsive to my emails. I had a few issues with my neighbors loud music and the other neighbor grilling in the pine straw. I contacted Chaz with my concerns and she addressed them right away. She is very professional and friendly. I’ve been in property management for 14 years and I hope they realize what an asset Chaz is to their company!!! She could easily manage her own property. Treat her like the rock star she is!!!

Nope. Still doing repairs
My sister in law told them she might move out and they rented her apartment out before her lease was up and told her she had to move out in 3 days
