We've been living here almost a month now. The maintenance team is really fast with responding to concerns, including aesthetic touch-ups. (Thanks Robert and Martin!) The facility is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and professional. There is a weekly food truck that stops at the community on Wed evenings. There was also a pool party our first weekend here. We are very happy with our choice to live here. The complex is doing a great job!!

A non-refundable $350 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $450 pet fee is required for two pets. $20 monthly pet rent is also required for each pet.
