Generally speaking, we can start next day. We use an electronic signing document to expedite the whole onboarding process. Our experienced team, from our RN who will be at first shift to assess the client, to our experienced Scheduler’s, will work to get your desired schedule set as quickly as possible.

There are many advantages to using a Home Care Agency versus a privately hired caregiver. First and foremost, all of our caregivers are employees not independent contractors and as such are fully bonded and insured. This is important for several reasons. First, in the event the caregiver is hurt while working for your or your loved one any potential Workers Comp claim which can total several hundred thousand dollars is covered by the Agency. Additionally, if the caregiver decides not to work and file for unemployment insurance, that claim is also against the Agency, not you or your loved one. Additionally, all caregivers are background checked and drug tested on a regular basis. Also, all care is provided under the supervision of our Fulltime RN and monitored by our Client Care Coordinator – Social Worker. Finally, we have a staff of 200 caregivers. So if a caregiver calls out sick, has a family emergency or just quits, we have you covered!

A care plan is a unique plan tailored for you or your loved one’s specific needs. The plan begins with your initial call to RAH and is then further developed during follow up calls and finally our RN’s In-home assessment. Of course, needs change over time so the plan will be modified, as you or your loved one’s care needs change.
