From the second we toured, Creekside has been phenomenal! We do not regret our decision to sign a lease—not on the slightest! Our recent move-in was positively supplemented by our amazing leasing agent, Caroline Phillimeano, and a beautiful and friendly community. Maintenance has already proven to be exceptional—and the grounds are very well kept.

Rating is fake. New faces in management every time. Quality of apartments is poor, nothing luxury as they state. They can’t change light bulbs on the sidewalk for few months. Hall cleaning is done once per 2 month or 3. I can see dead cockroaches in hall for weeks or huge pieces of hair lying on the stairs. Cockroaches/water bugs everywhere. In apartment, on sidewalks around the complex. They didn’t kill them for months. Now they force everybody to use Fetch delivery service that makes any fast deliveries useless plus zero insurance if it is lost. They do useless stuff only that makes living there more uncomfortable. Waiting for my lease to finish to leave this place.
