I dont often leave reviews, but I just needed to come up here and say ask for MICKEY. From all of the apartments and tours I have been on, this was the easiest & smoothest tour yet. I’m definitely going to apply. She genuinely wanted to help, wasn’t trying to just sell me an apartment but wanted to make sure I found a home I would be comeuppance in for the next few years. Highly recommend asking for Mickey

The market is great and my landlord sold his house only giving me and my son a two-week notice to vacate, I work full time and was very stressed! Called a few places but by some miracle, at 5:50 I received a phone call from Foxwood, and Mickie asking me about setting up a tour. We did a virtual tour. I applied and the next day as soon as they opened received a phone call from Mickie instructing me on our next steps now with 3 days to spare my son and I have a wonderful apartment at Foxwood! Just wanted to give Mickie a huge shout-out! You helped me.

Best apartment I ever had! The smart home features made me feel safe as a women living alone. They were more than accommodating while I was there. If I didn’t end up having complications with my roommate I would have never left. Great experience!

It is not gated, but there are car ports and a fairly large gym.
If your unit is next to the breezeway you can hear noise. If you have neighbors above you, will hear their movement. I do not hear my neighbors next to me though.
It's best to contact the leasing office tomorrow. They will be glad to assist .
If you're by yourself, you can expect to pay about $30 a month on water, and about $50 a month on electrical, assuming you are frugal with it.
9 am to 5:30 pm we do our last tour at 5 pm. Thank you
