Never a permanent landlord nor maintenance people. These apartments have a major mold and pest issue.

The manager is only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays.. She is at the other property (Fox Haven) on MWF. You can reach here there as well. Just Google for fox haven #, also she likes to leave early like 4ish.

What's the school for this area
