I agree with the anonymous. Great place to live but I'm guessing being that it is affordable you are in jail by a warden (property manager)who lives across the street from the complex. She does patrol the complex everyday even on her off days. I have never lived in such in humane place. Not even housing treat you like this place Many great neighbors have left due her running circles around your head and acting like a warden. I'm wondering should I contact fair housing about this now

There are two properties here. Water Garden Village is all ages. Water Garden Park is a senior community. I believe they are both income base. Call office for info

Do you all participate in the sec8 voucher program? How much is your 2bedr apts and also the one bedr apts? application fee per adults?
