I toured this apt complexs back in March for a 2beds for me and daughter and from there is when the bad customer service begin. The day of my tour, I waited in my car for alomst 20/30mins waiting on someone to go and showed me this unit. I had to go back in the leasing office and ask the manager why isnt nobody showing me anything, in which she than droveme to the apt and there the assistant manager showed me the unit. I got denied fr the apt and was told I will recieved my admin fee in 30 days and is almost 4 months no admin fee. I've called few times and emialed nothing. I got in contact with the manager who than updated my address and told me my refund was never processed smh. I called again and she said the same thing and was going to reach out to accountant for my refund. I asked can she emailed me once she do and give me an update, and I still havent no call back or email. I am very upset because 4 months for an admin fee is crazy. I am an assistant at an apt complex so I know how these process work. Im just asking for better communciation and need my admin fee.

I moved out 1 yr ago. My rent was under $1200 for a 3br. I notice they now get over $1400 for them - INSANE !!! These buildings all have a mold issue and these are NOT luxury units.
