I love these apartments! Back when the lease at my old place was ending, The Lofts were the first and only apartments I toured - I immediately fell for the floorplan and neighborhood! The floorplans are really unique and way more spacious than anything else I could find within my budget, and Trish was very helpful and accommodating when it came to making sure we'd get moved in before our old lease was up. I'd seen some horror stories about the previous management, but between the more recent google reviews and a conversation with a neighbor, I felt pretty confident that Arlington wouldn't disappoint - and they haven't!

Living here has been great, they are always willing to make sure everything is up to date & the environment is always so welcoming. Great Customer service and pet friendly. Amy is always right there when I need her. Been here almost 2 years I dealt with some terrible management when I first got here. Then Arlington took over and things improved for the better

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, courtesy, and passion of the leasing office at The Lofts at NH. I am in the process of a cross-country move from Southern California to Raleigh and the one thing I haven’t had to worry about is housing thanks to Amy and Trish. Specifically, Amy the Leasing Manager has gone above and beyond her duties to provide us with a sense of comfort in what would typically be a very stressful transition for most. Her dedication and tremendous work ethic should be recognized, especially in a time where we as people are seeming so divided. I haven’t even moved yet and I am ecstatic about becoming apart of this community and it is solely because of the amazing team at this complex.
